The Wing flares are caused by an object very close to the Sun at the 8-9 o'clock position, skewing the normal horizontal/vertical line flares from the Sun. This presence would be on the Ecliptic on the Virgo side. Note the blue lens flare at the right, the size of the Sun, is a reflection of the Sun on the lens.
