a Describe the organization's membership requirements and attach a schedule of membership fees and dues.

Membership in the nonprofit organization is open to the general public. No fees or dues are required. Since the organization operates on the Internet and rarely meet face-to-fact, and since Internet screen names can hide a true identity, the organization uses a screening mechanism to determine motive, integrity, and capacity for serious focus and resolve. Membership in the nonprofit organization is thus only open to those individuals who have secured voting rights in the Troubled Times teams by virtue of their handiwork. This voting right is determined by the membership of the Troubled Times teams by a peer vote. The Troubled Tiems teams are 80 strong at present of whom 40 have attained voting rights and among whom 11 have chosen to join the nonprofit organization. The Troubled Times teams, volunteers all, develop the content at ../thub.htm, and are international and growing apace, exponentially over the past 2 years, and its reputation is growing. The related new nonprofit organization at ../nonproft/home.htm directly benefits from this exposure via Internet links, and is expected to gain its own reputation soon. The President of the nonprofit organization, Nancy Lieder, was already featured on a national TV show October 24th, 1996.
